We will drop you off at the original meeting point outside the Tourist Information in Bergen around 7:00 PM.

Meet your group outside the Tourist Information office at Strandkaien 1, Bergen. Look for the black Mercedes Sprinter Minibus. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to departure. We are not responsible for missed departures due to lateness.
You will be dropped off at the same location where you were picked up in Bergen, outside the Tourist Information at Strandkaien 1.
Tickets: Your email confirmation serves as your ticket. Please present it to the driver/guide. The driver/guide will provide your cruise tickets during the tour.
Meeting Point: Be present at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. We are not responsible for missed tours due to lateness. The meeting point is on the sidewalk outside the Tourist Information at Strandkaien 1, Bergen. Look for a black Mercedes Sprinter Minibus.

Disappointing...because here's what you're NOT told

First, the positives. The sights seen on the fjord trip were truly beautiful and the Stegastein Viewpoint is magnificent.
However, our disappointment is because of what is NOT mentioned in the trip description. Most of this excursion is a small group (~ 20 people)—except for the fjord trip, where we were among 400 passengers. Based on the time when our guide told us to gather, our tour group became the 2nd to last to board the ship. Which meant if you wanted a seat, there weren’t any desirable ones available. There wasn’t any narration during the fjord trip…so, we didn’t learn anything. Throughout the day, our guide provided minimal narration or information—essentially, he was just a driver without any added value. If this wasn’t a premium priced trip, then that would be OK. Based on our experience, I’d strongly recommend seeing the fjords and Stegastein, but not with this trip and operator. I’d recommend either hiring a private guide to get a lot more information and context (albeit at a higher cost) or save a lot of money and take one of the “big bus” tours.
Response from the operator · fjordriveteam Thank you for your feedback! Sorry to hear that you weren't aware that its not a private cruise. We have always used the high quality electrical cruise called "The Fjords" from Norways Best (cruise operator). They have room for max. 400 people, but its a large cruise with plenty of room etc. They also have audio guiding if you wish to use this. A lot of people go in and out on the deck of the cruise, and its not a problem to sit down inside.
Sometimes we are later in line because the group wishes to have more free-time in Gudvangen before the cruise, rather than waiting in line for the cruise.
Sorry to hear that you were not happy with the guide, we use high quality guides, and will try and find out what was missing for you guys with the narration. We never get this feedback about our guides, so sorry to hear that this was your experience.
