This was an absolutely amazing activity, if I could give 10 stars I would! Our guide Rui was out of this world he definitely deserves a pay rise!! Showed us so many wonderful places and took fab photos of the 3 different groups in our jeep which I thought was a lovely touch! Extremely well worth the money but be prepared to be covered in bruises on your arms from hitting the sides of the jeep when rui takes you off off road!!!!! Would definitely do this again but Rui has to be our guide!

Spent an excellent afternoon being driven around beautiful countryside by our knowledgeable and entertaining driver, Rui. The bumpy and steep roads and tracks are not for the faint hearted but so worth it to see such lovely places. Stops included the castle, a farm for liqueur tasting and swimming in the river, a waterfall (more swimming if you wanted) but 174 steps down to get there (and back up again!), two cafes breaks, and a fabulous mountain top view of the area and a go on the swing just as the sun was starting to set - stunning. Was picked up and dropped off from the hotel. Rui knew just where to stop for great photos (and was happy to take photos for you) and provided interesting information about the places we went to. Make sure you take some cash with you - some of the places we stopped didn't take cards so we missed out on an ice cream and a drink and was also unable to tip the driver (who completely deserved it).
