Everything was perfect. No complaints at all. Until the very end when guide Alex asked for my phone and scanned a QR code to this review and proceeded to click 5 star everything. I would have done that anyway but to have someone take my phone and fill in the ratings is beyond inappropriate. He even clicked into my photos to select a photo. Don’t get me wrong the cruise was brilliant and I’d recommend it to everyone. There is just no need to take people’s phones and be so invasive about reviews. I knew what he was doing and let him as I watched bemused. I think he is waiting now because he asked to see the review after. Book this cruise with no hesitation. You won’t be disappointed.

It was such an amazing experience! The whole trip was wonderful. From the pick-up to the end of the cruise everything was great! Mr. Nam (in Vietnam 😉) was the BEST cruise manager! He was so calm and patient, and very knowledgeable about the local history of Ha Long Bay, he lots of fun facts for us! Jerry and his team was also very helpful and we enjoyed their fashion show very much!
