Hotel pickup is exclusively available to registered guests staying at one of the properties listed below. If your accommodation is not on this list, you must select our Central Pickup Location at the Two Brothers Totem Pole. We are unable to pick you up from other hotels or accommodations.
Pickup 30 minutes prior to departure: Alpine Village, Beckers Chalets, Jasper House Bungalows, Patricia Lake Bungalows, Pyramid Lake Lodge, Tekarra Lodge, Wapiti Campground & Whistlers Campground.
Pickup 15 minutes prior to departure: Central Pickup Location – Two Brothers Totem Pole, across from the Jasper Park Information Centre (500 Connaught Drive). All-day paid parking is available next to the Totem Pole near the washroom building.
Pickup 15 minutes prior to departure: Astoria Hotel, Athabasca Hotel, Bear Hill Lodge, Chateau Jasper, Crimson Hotel, Downtown Hostel, Forest Park Hotel, HI Jasper, Jasper Inn & Suites, Lobstick Lodge, Maligne Lodge, Marmot Lodge, The Robson, Park Place Inn, Tonquin Inn & Whistlers Inn.
Pickup 5–10 minutes after departure: Pine Bungalows. Please wait near the main entry arch.
Pickup 15 minutes after departure: Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Please wait outside the main hotel entrance.

If your hotel is not listed, please meet at the Two Brothers Totem Pole (opposite the Jasper Park Info Centre, 500 Connaught Dr) 15 minutes prior to departure.

Important notes:
• Tour duration may vary based on wildlife and road conditions. Please eat before the tour and avoid scheduling tight plans immediately afterward. Bring water and a light snack, as there are no scheduled stops.
• There is no washroom on the bus, but your guide can arrange an outhouse stop if necessary.
• Dress appropriately for the weather.
• You will travel in a 24-seat minibus with large windows, accommodating a maximum of 21 guests. This is a vehicle-based tour; Parks Canada regulations require wildlife viewing from inside the vehicle.
• Routes change daily depending on wildlife activity and utilize only paved roads; no off-road travel is permitted.
• Wildlife sightings are common (95% success rate) but are never guaranteed. Each tour offers a unique experience.
• The tour operates in all weather conditions.
• Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
• A minimum number of participants is required for the tour to operate. If canceled, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund.
