This was an absolute fantastic experience and gave me a new appreciation for the making of Ramen. The class was easy to follow and our host, Saori was absolutely great. She was able to provide history on the origin of Ramen, as well as as serving as an interpreter well also having just such a lovely personality. I would highly recommend this class as you will learn something new to be able to take back to your individual homes and it’s five across the board.
