Very professional guide at Shin-Osaka who made sure I got on the right train and had proper instructions for meeting the group at Hiroshima. I booked the tour at the last minute therefore my seat was in a different car than the rest of the group. Also, excellent guide in Hiroshima who took us around. Time in Hiroshima museum should have been longer. It was very crowded and in about one hour time given to us, I could not see half of it. I am a vegetarian, didn’t like that my food was basically the base of the non-vegetarian dish which got many toppings and special preparations. I wish there was an attempt to make the vegetarian dish also special since it was advertised as one of the lunch options . But I was happy with the experience overall.

It’s a long day but worth the journey. Check for local holidays before booking. We went on a long weekend and both areas were completely overrun with locals and tourists. It made for a chaotic day. The island is beautiful and so much to offer and Hiroshima is hard to put into words . Simply have to experience it

We had a wonderful experience on the Hiroshima and Miyajima day tour! Ms. Hiro was an excellent and jolly tour guide, supported by a helpful team of assistants and a professional driver. Everything was well-organized, smooth, and enjoyable. The complimentary bottled water was also a thoughtful touch and the personal wireless headset. The okonomiyaki lunch was just right. There was ample time, but I wish there could be more time to explore. Still, it is highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore Hiroshima and Miyajima comfortably and hassle-free! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
