The experience was was good. Ordering was easy instructions were easy. Driver could have been louder as we had a hard time hearing him. Everything was good till the end when it was time to be dropped off. The group that was continuing was told to get off and he would be back for them. He then said if you have a blue ticket your tour is over. So we asked so you are dropping us off back at the pick up and he said well we are running behind so if you want to get off here I will be back in an hour to get you. WHAT!!! Why do we have to wait an hour to get back to our drop off? So he got aggravated and said fine I will take you back now. He drove very aggressive back to our drop off. Good tour but sad ending.

Would ask for him again. The river cruise was fun, and an opportunity to sit and watch the Memphis river front roll by, enjoying a beer.
