One of the worst ghost tours we have been on. The guide was very nice, but not a storyteller and said "umm" or "sorry If forget to tell you this part first" through the entire tour. Halfway through I wanted to leave but decided to stay with the group just for the views. Would not reccomend.

The entire tour is 100% about haunted places, ghost stories, and dark history, and just happens to be ranked one of the best, multi award-winning ghost tours in the world. Sounds like a ghost tour alright. It seems your issue is that your guide, a human being, made an honest mistake, and self-corrected when she realized she accidentally left out a key part of the story, which actually happened once not the "entire tour." This can happen to anyone, even the guides who have been telling these stories for over six years. It must be nice to be such a flawless person, Josh, that you have allowed literally one minor, human error to ruin your whole night. Perhaps you should have left rather than stay for the "views." This isn't instagram, buddy, but I guess now we know why your patience has the stamina of a 35-second reel.

Your guide was always scheduled for your tour and all of our guides are equally trained. We do not have "substitute guides." We have no idea why you are claiming the guide "acted uncertain" and we especially don't know why you would be expecting multiple guides.
