Fantastic Aurora Hunt!
billhT1081ZJ, October 2026
We had a great time with Coen and Michael. Coen was thorough in his knowledge of the area and Auroras and kept us informed throughout the evening. For a while there, we were concerned we would miss the aurora because of clouds but Coen and Michael networked with the rest of their aurora hunters and found us a great viewing spot. We enthusiastically recommend Wandering Owl!

Walking challenge
Brenda_R, October 2026
The guide was very nice and was good at finding the Northern Lights for us. However, it's important to know you are typically walking in almost complete darkness on uneven ground so it may be a little challenging.
Response from the operator · Matias H
Thank you for your review! We’re glad to hear that your guide was friendly and helped you experience the magic of the Northern Lights. We appreciate you pointing out the walking conditions as well. Finding the aurora sometimes means venturing away from the roads, where the terrain can be uneven and visibility very limited. We understand this may be challenging for some guests, and your feedback helps others know what to expect. Thank you for joining us on this Arctic adventure!
