Deleting your data

You can request the deletion of your WizardTrip account and all associated personal data at any time, whether you signed up with an email address or through Google, Apple or Facebook.

How to do it

Send an email to hello@wizardtrip.com from your account's email address with the subject line “Delete my account”. We carry out the deletion within 30 days at most and confirm it to you by email.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, name, profile photo, encrypted password where applicable);
• Your sign-in sessions;
• Your favorites and saved lists.

La suppression est définitive et irréversible. Si vous vous étiez connecté(e) via Google, vous pouvez également révoquer l'accès de WizardTrip directement depuis les réglages de sécurité de votre compte chez ce fournisseur.
