MACHU PICCHU CAPACITY IS LIMITED. Entry is scheduled in hourly shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Our tour includes visits to Machu Picchu between the shifts from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. If these shifts are not available, FLY CUSCO PERU will immediately confirm the tour for the next available time, ensuring your visit to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu.
Machu Picchu tickets will be assigned according to availability at the time of booking. The first option will be Circuit 2 (we recommend booking at least 2 to 3 months in advance). If Circuit 2 tickets are sold out, Circuit 1 or Circuit 3 will be assigned as an alternative
ABOUT THE BRIEFING: A FLY CUSCO PERU representative will contact you one day in advance to arrange the meeting in your hotel lobby or at our offices in the historic center of Cusco, as previously agreed upon. We will provide you with a detailed map with a step-by-step itinerary and all the important tickets included in this program.
TO SPEND THE NIGHT IN AGUAS CALIENTES (MACHU PICCHU VILLAGE). Bring a small backpack or carry-on bag with enough clothing to last the night. You can leave the rest of your items at your hotel in Cusco; most hotels have storage facilities where they will keep your belongings (at no extra cost). We will also be happy to store your belongings at our office at Calle Ayacucho 230, 4th floor, OF 404, Historic Center, Cusco.

The Sacred Valley day pickup and explanation were very good, the day of Machu Picchu, the guide was excellent ,, Nadia was clear and told everything from the heart. The pickup from the train to Cusco was a disaster, the guy told us it would take 2 hours but without telling us anything he detoured to take some suitcases to a hotel, this made it take us 1 hour and a half longer. On such a long day it counts, besides if he had told us and had told us something ok but not a word.

Amazing tour. Everything from pick up to the day 1 experience of salt mimes and sacred valley and Andean village was well planned with informative narrative from the guide. The train ride is very beautiful with a surprise music and dance car for a period of the train ride. The hotel was clean and comfortable and was booked by the tour. The 2nd day had an early start which was a good decision and everything from the bus ticket to the machu pichu 2A circuit tickets were booked for us by our guide. So the whole experience was seamless. The information provided by our tour guide was in depth . Also the beauty of site is something that can’t be expressed in words and even pictures. Though we did have some amazing pictures with our family. It is definitely worth the trip and can be seen why this is one of the wonders of the world and a heritage site.

Great Experience in Machu Picchu.

We enjoyed our trip very much, it was very well organized from the beginning, thanks to Rayza who was attentive and helpful at all times, our driver Martin and our guide Efrain in Valle Sagrado were very nice and with great knowledge of the Inca culture, our train experience was so fun with music and dancing, when we arrived to Aguas Calientes, we did a very short line and got tickets for circuit 2 !!! As Rayza recommended :) However we didn't like our hotel "Gringo Bills" it wasn't up to the high quality of the tour, buffet, train and the rest of the accommodations in our trip experience. Our room was full of ants, so we had to change rooms, it was very noisy because of street festivities, we had to close the windows and was extremely hot, we didn't like the breakfast either. Then our day in Machu Picchu was exceptional, our guide Edgar took great pictures of us and gave us a great tour of the ruins. We loved the overall experience and came back home with lovely memories and great photos to show our fiends and families !
