For over 15 years, we've been dedicated to crafting unforgettable "experiences" in Santa Maria di Leuca and Salento through excursions, boat trips, and visits to caves, the coast, and the marine territory. We organize delightful 3-hour boat tours departing from the Marina of Santa Maria di Leuca. During the excursion, we'll explore the most beautiful and famous caves on both the Adriatic and Ionian sides, with wonderful stops for swimming. To ensure maximum relaxation, our comfortable 9-meter boats can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. They are equipped with all amenities: A spacious sun deck with comfortable cushions. A shaded area provided by an awning. A music system, an outdoor shower, and a minibar. An aperitif on board is always included.

Grotte Marine Di Leuca
Captain Mino will greet you at the Leuca Tourist Port on Pier I. Once aboard our comfortable boats, you'll embark on a journey to discover the stunning Santa Maria di Leuca coastline, rich with caves and karst formations. We'll provide snorkeling equipment for exploring the seabed and life jackets for adults and children if needed. You'll have the opportunity to swim in the most beautiful caves on both the Adriatic and Ionian sides. After exploring the caves, we will return to the port of embarkation.

This is a relaxing "day" on a boat. You view many sea caves--the captain is SO good at maneuvering his craft into the many caves along the coast. You get to see caves on both the Adriatic and Ionian coasts and the trip lasts almost 3 hours, longer than other similar offerings from the same area. The launch site was a bit hard to find; we had to ask the competitors for directions--it is on pier I (letter "eye", not number one) with no support staff in a booth anywhere. The captain was kind enough to return to the pier to pick up a couple who got lost looking for the pier. He also provided a stop for swimming and a snack/drink. Lovely time. Highly recommend for a relaxing break from seeing sights or shopping. Great value for a boat ride when compared to other offerings. Note that no life jackets were offered or evident--noted also for other boats. There were 12 adults and 4 kids on our boat (including the captain). You park on the street (where there are blue lines) and pay at a box with a credit card (but we were told it was free in the off season from Oct 1 to March sometime). Give yourself at least 15 minutes to park and find the pier.

We just took our 3rd cave and coast tour with Leuca Explorer. 10/10 it's fascinating Mina and Ricardo gave us so much information about the region. Their boats were very comfortable and not crowded either. Wee were offered snacks Prosecco and water. Many of us swam in the Ionian Sea, off the boat or used their snorkel gear. An Amazing experience.
