We are renowned for offering the finest all-inclusive snorkeling adventures on Cozumel island, featuring the renowned 'El Cielo' and 'The Turtle Sanctuary'. Our goal is to explore 3 to 4 distinct locations during the excursion, providing you with a glimpse of our island's beauty. We supply all necessary items for your enjoyment, including freshly prepared Mexican snacks and chilled beverages. Simply arrive, and we will handle the rest! Kindly ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. All times indicated are based on Cozumel's local time, which might differ from your cruise ship's schedule. Please verify before booking. Should you arrive late, we will consider it a no-show and reserve the right to commence the tour at the scheduled time without you. Unfortunately, if you are late or miss your allocated slot, it is highly improbable that we can accommodate you or your group in another session.

Activity itinerary

Activity Schedule 4 h We will explore some of Cozumel's most spectacular reef sites, including a green turtle sanctuary where you can snorkel peacefully alongside them in their natural environment. We also visit 'El Cielo' ('Heaven'), a stunning natural starfish sanctuary teeming with vibrant red and orange starfish on immaculate white sands. As the tour nears its end, we will proceed to Cielito, or 'Little Heaven'. This is a natural sandbank situated in crystal-clear waters, perfect for unwinding and savoring freshly prepared snacks and drinks before we cruise back to port as the sun sets. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your sailing time. All times shown are for Cozumel’s local timezone, which may differ to your cruise ship timezone. Check before booking. Please refrain from applying sunscreen immediately before or during the tour. Only 'reef safe' or 'coral safe' sunscreens minimize damage to our reef systems and are not proven to be entirely harmless to aquatic life. Many sunscreens can also create slippery surfaces, posing a hazard on our vessels. As an alternative, we suggest wearing a long-sleeve rash guard and a hat.

Meeting point and return

Upon arrival at the Cozumel ferry terminal from Playa del Carmen, please exit and turn right. Our meeting point is located beneath the large flagpole, approximately a 2-minute walk south along the promenade. Our staff will be present, identifiable by branded clothing and signage, to greet you.

Not suitable for infants or pets

We offer pick-up services at select hotel piers (refer to the list). You will be responsible for paying the pier taxes directly to your hotel.

Our departure times from downtown are 9:30 AM or 2:00 PM. Hotel collections will occur after these times, typically between 15 to 45 minutes later, depending on the hotel's distance.

Please note: The hotel dock locations available are exclusively for guests of the aforementioned hotels.

Our main meeting point is in downtown Cozumel, situated on the south side of the ferry terminal, directly under the large flagpole (about a 2-minute walk). A member of our staff, clearly identified by our branded attire and signage, will be there to welcome you.

For guests arriving by cruise ship from the S.S.A and Puerta Maya terminals, please select 'Cid la Ceiba' hotel as your departure point. This hotel is a short walk from both the Puerta Maya and SSA terminals. A tax of $4 USD per passenger will apply for the use of this dock, and we can arrange a boat pick-up for you. Our staff will meet you at the entrance of Hotel La Ceiba to escort you to the catamaran and assist with hotel payments.

The trip was wonderful. The photographer was really great at capturing photos of you with the fish. You end up going to 4 different beaches. 3 for seeing the fish, turtles, and starfish, and a final sandbar to eat chips with ceviche and guacamole on a paddle board with stingrays swimming around. Such a great experience. Would totally do it again. If you’re scared of open water or the ocean in general, there are so many people and the water isn’t that deep that it was not a fearful experience at all.

Fun snorkeling experience topped off with a visit to the stingrays, who seemed to enjoy swimming amongst us and weren’t afraid to touch us, either. The snacks and beverages were nothing to write home about. The snorkeling equipment was new and well cleaned. The guides were very nice. I was expecting more turtles, though.

The crew was very professional, fun and nice. Several places to get picked up from. Even though the water was a little choppy, the catamaran handled it well, and the water was still very clear. We enjoyed the snorkeling thoroughly, saw turtles, a barracuda, tons of fish, beautiful coral, and a bunch of rays at the last stop. The pictures from Rafa are amazing. Do not hesitate to book this excursion.
