Wasted most of our day in Cozumel.
joesbeenhere, October 2026
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
We spent 2 hrs getting ready to go out on this submarine. They took us on a 15 minute boat ride out to the submarine. The previous tour got out of the submarine onto the boat we were on. Then they told us the current was too strong and we wouldn’t be going. Then after the 25 minute boat ride back, they let the people who did go in the submarine off first,
The tour company was rude and inconsiderate. The weather did not make a change. This could have been communicated beforehand without wasting a bulk of the day on our vacation. I would never consider doing this tour again.
Response from the operator · Asistente A Thank you for sharing your experience, and we´re truly sorry for any inconvinience. We completly understand how upsetting this situation was.
We want you to know that the decision to cancel was based on strong sea currents, which can be present even on a calm or sunny day and most time not visible from the surface. Safety is our absolute priority, for our guest and crew.
Our staff is trained to assit and support guests in these situations, we'll reinforce our procedures message to improve how we handle these moments. If you´d like to discuss this further, please reach out to us directly at visit@atlantissubmarines.com. Thank you once again.
Best regards.

Disappointing
okemos1929, October 2026
Due to weather conditions trip was cancelled, which they say is common in October. We didn’t find out until we arrived. Some advance notice would have been nice to avoid the $20 taxi ride there.
Response from the operator · Asistente A Hello there,
We're so sorry you had to deal with that. October weather can be unpredictable, and we know cancellations are frustrating. We'll work on giving more notice whenever we can.
We'll review our procedures to improve how we handle these moments, including communication and disembarkation. If you'd like to discuss this further, please reach out to us directly at visit@atlantissubmarines.com.
Warm regards for the team.

Dry and fun submarine experience
Getaway20357187008, October 2026
Fun experience, wish the tour guide was clearer so we could hear her better. Definitely a cab ride, $10 bucks each way from the dock Punta Langosta, where MSC docks
Response from the operator · Asistente A Hello there,
Thank you for join us at the adventure and for this thoughtful review and we welcome you to our submarine club.
Regards. ✨🐬

Get up early before all...
David_M, October 2026
Get up early before all the cruises start disembarking.
We caught an early dive and there was only 6 on the submarine as opposed to the next one which was full.
It also meant that the sub only had to concentrate on making sure 1 side saw everything.
Response from the operator · Asistente A Hi David,
Thank you so much for sharing.😊
We're so glad you caught an early dive and got to enjoy a more intimate experience with just six passengers on board. We always do our best to make sure everyone gets a great view, but with a smaller group, it's definitely easier to focus on giving each guest the best possible experience.
Kind regards.
