We are renowned for providing the premier all-inclusive snorkeling adventures on Cozumel island. We journey to some of the most stunning locales the Caribbean has to offer, including the renowned 'El Cielo'. Our aim is to explore 3 to 4 distinct locations during the tour, offering you a true sense of our island's beauty. We supply all necessary equipment for your enjoyment, along with freshly prepared Mexican snacks and chilled beverages. Simply arrive, and we will handle all the arrangements!

Activity itinerary

Activity Schedule 4 h We will explore some of Cozumel's most breathtaking reef sites, including a green turtle sanctuary where you can snorkel peacefully alongside them in their natural environment. We also visit 'El Cielo' ('Heaven'), a magnificent natural starfish sanctuary teeming with vibrant red and orange starfish on untouched white sands. As the tour nears its end, we will proceed to Cielito, or 'Little Heaven'. This is a natural sandbank situated in crystal-clear waters, perfect for unwinding with freshly prepared snacks and drinks before we cruise back to port as the sun sets. Kindly ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. All times indicated are based on Cozumel's local time zone, which may differ from your cruise ship's time zone. Please verify this before booking. To protect marine life, please refrain from applying sunscreen immediately before or during the tour. Only 'reef safe' or 'coral safe' sunscreens should be used, as their impact on aquatic life is minimized, though not entirely harmless. Many sunscreens can also create slippery surfaces, posing a risk on our boats. We suggest wearing a long-sleeved rash guard and a hat instead.

How to use your ticket

Your mobile or paper ticket is accepted. One ticket is required per booking.

Meeting point and return

Upon arrival at the Cozumel ferry terminal from Playa del Carmen, please exit the terminal and turn right. Our designated meeting point is located beneath the large flagpole, approximately a 2-minute walk south along the promenade. Our team members will be present, identifiable by our branded attire and signage, to greet you.

This tour is not suitable for infants or pets.

We offer pick-up services at select hotels and piers (please refer to the provided list). Any associated pier taxes must be paid directly to your hotel.

Our departures from downtown are scheduled for 9:30 AM or 2:30 PM. Hotel collections will occur after these times, typically between 15 to 45 minutes later, depending on the hotel's distance.

Please note: The hotel dock locations available are exclusively for guests of the aforementioned hotels.

Our main meeting point is in downtown Cozumel, situated on the south side of the ferry terminal, directly under the prominent flagpole (about a 2-minute walk away). A member of our staff, clearly identified by our branded clothing and signage, will be there to welcome you.

For guests arriving by cruise ship from the S.S.A. and Puerta Maya terminals, please select 'Hotel Cid la Ceiba' as your departure point. This hotel is a short walk from both the Puerta Maya and S.S.A. terminals. A small tax of $3 USD per passenger will be charged for the use of this dock, and we can arrange a boat pick-up for you. Our staff will meet you at the entrance of Hotel La Ceiba to escort you to the boat and assist with the dock payment.

If you arrive late, we will consider you a no-show and reserve the right to commence the tour at the scheduled time without you. Unfortunately, if you are late or miss your allocated booking slot, it is highly unlikely that we will be able to accommodate you or your party in another available time slot.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

All times provided are in Cozumel's local time zone, which might differ from your cruise ship's time zone.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or modifications to your reservation.

Great snorkeling tour, reasonably priced. Did not see any turtles but did see lots of other gorgeous sea life including tropical fish, huge rays, and starfish. Nice boat, felt clean and safe. Staff were friendly and helpful, Leo and David were awesome with us. Highly recommend.

The Sea Senorita crew was fantastic. We saw a turtle so I was elated. Apparently, this time of year it's not common. The crew made us snacks but couldn't eat as my daughter and I were sea sick. It was rough while waiting for everyone to get back on the boat in between stops, and it didn't sit well.

Awesome snorkeling outing. The water was a little rough on the way out, but the crew did their best and we had fantastic snorkels, with turtles, rays, beautiful coral and tons of fish. Very experienced crew, respectful of the reef, and beautiful pictures from Rafa. Don't visit Cozumel without a trip to its world class reef and wildlife!
