IMPORTANT PICK-UP INFORMATION: Tours begin pick-ups up to 45 minutes before the scheduled start time. Your specific pick-up time will be determined by your hotel's location. Upon booking, you will receive a ticket via email from America's Hub World Tours, detailing your 15-minute pick-up window. Please be ready at your hotel's lobby doors at the beginning of this window and look for a Sprinter van. Your Tour Guide will arrive within the specified 15-minute window.
Acknowledgement of Safety Briefing: Upon boarding and exiting the vehicle, please use a three-point stance.
Traffic and Transportation Safety: Exercise caution at intersections, utilize pedestrian crosswalks when available, and always wear your seatbelt in the tour vehicle.
Health and Hydration: Tours can be physically demanding. Ensure you stay hydrated and carry any necessary personal medications. Plan for breaks as needed.
What to Do if Lost: If you become separated from the group, remain calm. Stay in place and call our tour company phone number. For emergencies, dial 911.
Walking on Uneven Terrain: Scan your path ahead, take short, slow steps, place your entire foot down, and proceed slowly on inclines and declines.
Safety & Hazards: Be aware of slippery conditions on wet rocks, moss, and mud; walk around them if possible. Never run to avoid trips or twisted ankles.
Snow & Ice: Cross behind snow removal equipment. Exercise extreme caution when entering and exiting vehicles, as warm soles on compact snow/ice increase slip risk. Watch for black ice, wet floors, and overhead hazards like icicles. Remove Yaktrax before driving or entering buildings.
Plants and Animals: Avoid touching any plants or animals, as they can carry germs, cause rashes, or allergic reactions. Observe wildlife from a distance without approaching or following them.
Water: Never drink untreated water from streams or rivers, as it may contain harmful bacteria, viruses, or parasites.
Please keep your valuables with you at all times. We are not responsible for any lost personal items.
