Not enough time to visit all of Krakow’s must-see places? On this tour, you'll visit two of Poland's most important UNESCO World Heritage sites, Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt Mine, in one day. Your day will start early, but this way you will manage to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau, the former Nazi concentration camp, explore the Mine, and be back in Krakow by dinner time.
Pickups are provided between 5:30 AM and 7:30 AM, depending on your accommodation and our schedules. The pickup time is always confirmed by text and email the day before the tour.
If your hotel is not listed, please add a remark, and we will pick you up from any accommodation (including Airbnb) located within Krakow City limits. You can also choose one of our pickup points. Failing to provide the pickup location 24 hours prior to the service will result in assigning the meeting point, which might not be close to your accommodation.
Please note that if your hotel is located in the city center or Jewish Quarter, the pickup will be directly from the accommodation, but after the tour, you might be dropped off at the closest dropoff point.
If your accommodation is located outside Krakow city limits, pickup is possible at an additional charge. For example, pickup from Krakow airport is 33€. The price always depends on the distance from Krakow and the number of people.
Pickups for this tour are scheduled between 5:30 AM and 7:30 AM. The local supplier will send you a text message and email with the exact pickup time the day before the tour. Please check your messages; if you don't receive anything, contact the supplier to confirm your pickup time. Be ready outside your property at the time provided by the supplier (local time). Allow up to 15 minutes delay for traffic issues during pickup. In case of any problem or last-minute changes, please contact our emergency line. Please note that in case of your absence at the pick-up point, your tour will be canceled.

The supplier is not responsible for any mistakes in the provided names and will not be held liable for the inability to participate in the tour due to such errors.
