CHECK-IN TIME: 15 minutes prior to your tour's scheduled start time.
MEETING LOCATION: Proceed to the bus loading area situated near your ship.
Your cruise ship will dock at one of three locations: the ORE Dock, BROADWAY Dock, or the RAILROAD Dock. A Skagway Tours representative, holding a sign that reads “Skagway Tours,” will meet you at the bus loading area by your dock 15 minutes before your tour begins.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please disregard directions from Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Viator's provided map link, as these may lead you to our office in town or the Harbor Master's office. Our designated pickup point is the bus loading area adjacent to your ship.
PASSPORTS REQUIRED: This tour involves crossing the USA-Canada border twice, necessitating a valid passport. Participants without the required documentation will be unable to join the tour and will not receive a refund.
For citizens of the USA or Canada, a government-issued ID accompanied by an original birth certificate (photocopies are not accepted) will suffice.
VISAS: If your country of origin requires a visa for Canada or the USA, please ensure you have obtained the necessary visa in addition to your passport.
IMPORTANT ADVISORY: Cruise line personnel might incorrectly inform you that passports are not needed in Skagway, AK. It is imperative that you bring your passport or valid ID/birth certificate due to the border crossings involved in this tour.
CHECK-IN TIME: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
PASSPORTS REQUIRED: A valid passport is necessary. For US and Canadian citizens, an original birth certificate along with a government-issued photo ID is also acceptable.

HOW TO FIND US:

At Railroad Dock AFT: Exit the ship and take the provided shuttle to the bus loading area. Turn right after exiting the shuttle and follow the sidewalk for about 150ft (50m). At Railroad Dock FRONT: Due to a recent rockslide, the water taxi (ship tender) is the only disembarkation method, and wait times can be unpredictable. Please allow an extra 45 minutes for transit to the check-in location. We cannot hold the tour for delays.
From the water taxi pier, walk up the ramp. At the top, turn left and follow the sidewalk for approximately 400ft (125m). OTHER ARRIVALS: If you are not arriving by cruise ship, please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable pickup location.
