CHECK-IN TIME: 15 minutes before your tour's scheduled start time.
MEETING LOCATION: Proceed to the bus loading area near your ship.
Your cruise ship will dock at either the ORE Dock, BROADWAY Dock, or the RAILROAD Dock. A Skagway Tours representative, holding a red 'Skagway Tours' sign, will meet you at your dock's bus loading area 15 minutes before your tour begins.

IMPORTANT: Please disregard directions from Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Viator, as they may lead you to our office in town or the Harbor Master's office. Our designated meeting point is the bus loading area adjacent to your ship.
PASSPORTS REQUIRED: This tour involves crossing the USA-Canada border twice. Passports are mandatory. Failure to present proper documentation will result in denial of participation without refund.
For US or Canadian citizens, a government-issued ID and an original birth certificate (photocopies are not accepted) serve as valid entry documents.
VISAS: If your nationality requires a visa for Canada or the USA, please ensure you have obtained it in addition to your passport.
IMPORTANT ADVISORY: Cruise line personnel might incorrectly inform you that passports are not needed in Skagway, AK. You MUST carry your passport or valid ID/birth certificate due to the international border crossing.
CHECK-IN TIME: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
PASSPORTS REQUIRED: A valid passport is necessary for all travelers. For US or Canadian citizens, an original birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID is also acceptable.

HOW TO FIND US:

At the ORE Dock: Exit your ship, walk up the ramp to the bus loading area.
At Railroad Dock AFT: Exit your ship and take the shuttle to the bus loading area. Turn right after exiting the shuttle and follow the sidewalk for about 150ft (50m). At Railroad Dock FRONT: Due to a recent rockslide, water taxis (ship tenders) are the only means of disembarking. Wait times can be unpredictable; please allow an extra 45 minutes for transfer to the check-in location. Unfortunately, we cannot hold the tour for delays.
From the Railroad Dock FRONT water taxi: Proceed to the pier, walk up the ramp, turn left at the top, and follow the sidewalk for approximately 400ft (125m). OTHER ARRIVALS: If you are not arriving by cruise ship, please contact us in advance to arrange a pick-up location.
