Choose between two experiences: a 1-hour Intro Tasting in our ground-floor studio, or our 2-hour Premium Experience upstairs with views of San Felipe Castle.
You’ll taste a curated selection of Colombian rums paired with artisanal chocolate while learning about the flavors, stories, and culture behind them in an engaging and approachable way.
Small groups keep the experience intimate and give you time to enjoy each pairing, ask questions, and connect with others.

Sebastian was amazing and explained everything very well. He also was kind enough to let us stay in the A/C when we arrived early. The view and the vibes were immaculate and we cannot sit to enjoy the chocolate we brought back with us. Thank you for a great experience.
