Great experience

Great experience overall. Friendly and very safe driver. Enjoyed all three of our stops. Had a very nice pub lunch at a restaurant recommended by our driver in Ennis.

Great time!
Madeline_G, October 2026
Mic was an absolute riot and such an amazing guide! He had so much knowledge and was so funny. The only note is that the description mentioned a guided walking tour option, we didn't end up having that option and would have loved to do a guided tour of limerick.

The cliffs are spectacular. Both towns a bit less. Driver even less.
jeannettev420, October 2026
Cliffs are spectacular, Ennis was fun. The driver took us to a nice authentic pub there for lunch. The menu goes on the bus around time to save. In Limerick we were kicked out of a castle, but if you didn't want to see it, you had to take a long walk into the city, where there is a very beautiful cathedral. The driver was incomprehensible in the back of the bus, and if you arrive a few minutes late, he makes you feel it by driving off while you are still in the aisle with your hot tea cup!

Nice Day at the Cliffs of Moher
Moosevilleco, October 2026
Mick was a terrific guide. He really cared about his customers experience and charged his knowledge of Ireland with us. He took us to a lovely scenic viewing area before we reached the Cliffs. We had a brilliant sunny day to visit the Cliffs of Moher and plenty of time to walk the paths along the coast. We got some great pictures! Mick also assisted us preordering lunch in Ennis. We really had a great lunch! I loved the fish and chips and mushy peas at Knox. Our last stop in Limerick was just ok. We arrived later in the afternoon and couldn’t see King John’s Castle because they are using it for staging area prepping for the 2027 Ryder’s Cup. The suggested Cathedral was also closed. We walked around for a bit and got back on the bus. Overall this was a fine day. One thing to note- and this was completely outside of Mick’s control- Wild Rover chose to configure their buses with too many seats. We used 4 bus companies the week we were in Dublin and none were as miserably cramped as the Wild Rover buses. I was very uncomfortable.

Breathtaking views even...
Raylin_R, October 2026
Breathtaking views even in the rain. The cliffs were amazing and Ennis and Limerick were quiet and quaint. If your day is calling for rain, I suggest taking a rain coat and waterproof pants. We were drenched in just a rain coat.
Response from the operator · WildRoverTeam Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad you enjoyed the tour with us and yes the Irish weather can certainly surprise you, so waterproof layers are always a good idea!
