Excellent tour with out of this world views

We really enjoyed this tour and we were lucky enough to be booked on the first day after the monsoon season officially ended so the weather was perfect all the way through. Buddhi was excellent with communication; after the booking was made, the in person briefing at our hotel the day before and also making sure we were collected and returned to our hotel at both ends.
The Airbus helicopters used have the less usual 1 passenger in front and 4 in the back seat configuration, but the other people on our tour were all game for switching seats after each stop so everyone gets a chance by the window, or up front, for some great pictures (you also do get the chopper to yourselves for a short private section when they take turns shuttling you up to a viewpoint over Base Camp, which was great, even if the air was very thin at the high altitude!)
The breakfast at the hotel is one of two fixed menus and was good but the views there are what made the tour worth the relatively high price.
If you get the chance to do it then we’d highly recommend the tour.

Everest helicopter tour

Our experience was great. Extremely easy as we were picked up from our hotel and dropped off at the end of the tour. The process from the airport to each stop was smooth. We did also enjoy the breakfast at the Everest hotel. Food was tasty and had the most amazing view on earth. Everyone apart of the experience was kind and happy to help with anything. Pictures of a life time were made from this trip.

One of the best things I’ve done

Buddhi was amazing with communication and very transparent throughout.
I had been tossing up between doing a flight or a helicopter tour for a long time because of the cost. While on my layover on the way to Kathmandu, I reached out to Buddhi and he was incredibly responsive and quick to answer all my questions.
He was also very transparent about the fact that, because it is still monsoon season, the helicopter could not land at Kala Patthar due to the requirement for two pilots during this period and the associated weight restrictions. I decided to book anyway — and I was absolutely blown away. It was still worth every cent.
Leaving Kathmandu and flying to Lukla was cloudy, so I was a little worried, but once we landed in Lukla the skies were clear. We had some time there to watch planes take off and land, which was a really cool experience.
The waiting point at Pheriche was stunning and surrounded by mountains. Time flew while we waited, and we also got to see yaks. The flyover of Everest was amazing — you get so close to all the mountains! Next we went to Everest View Hotel, which was also incredible and gave us another amazing perspective of Everest.
Yes, it is a lot of money, but I 100% would have regretted only doing a plane flight. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
If you’re on the fence — do it. You won’t regret it.
I always felt safe. The pilots were professional and made sure we were comfortable and having a good time, while also describing what we were seeing along the way.
For the Everest flyover, everyone gets a window seat. On the other legs, we swapped who had the window each time we got in. We all shared our photos with each other afterwards, which was a lovely bonus.
Absolutely unforgettable experience and highly recommend Buddhi.
