Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our airport representative will greet you holding an Ace the Himalaya signboard. You will be transferred to your hotel via private tourist vehicle.
If you arrive after 4 PM, your pre-trip meeting with your guide will be scheduled for that evening. If you arrive earlier, the meeting will take place on the same day at our office. During this meeting, we will introduce your trek leader and guide. Please bring your passport, three passport-sized photos, and a copy of your travel insurance policy. You will also settle any outstanding balance and sign the necessary trip forms.
Day 2: Fly to Lukla (2,804 m) or Drive to Manthali (4-6 hours) and Fly to Lukla, Trek to Phakding (2,610 m) - 3 to 4 hours

Day 2: Flight to Lukla and Trek to Phakding

An early start takes us to Tribhuvan International Airport for a scenic 35-minute flight to Tenzing and Hillary Airport in Lukla (2,804 m).
Upon arrival, your guide will brief you and introduce the porters before we commence our trek towards Phakding (2,610 m).
The initial part of the trek involves a descent towards the Dudh Kosi River, where we join the main trail to Namche Bazaar, passing through Chaunrikharka (2,713 m). The walking is relatively easy.
After passing the small village of Ghat (2,550 m), a short walk will bring us to Phakding.

We continue our trek along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing it multiple times on exhilarating suspension bridges adorned with prayer flags.
After entering Sagarmatha National Park, the trail ascends steeply, offering spectacular mountain views.
Namche Bazaar is the largest Sherpa settlement on the Everest trail, featuring numerous quality restaurants, hotels, lodges, shops, money exchange services, internet cafes, and bakeries.
Day 4: Namche Bazaar Acclimatization Day

Sherpa Museum

We spend a day in Namche Bazaar to acclimatize to the increasing altitude and thinning air.
A short hike takes us to a museum showcasing the traditional customs of the Sherpa people.
We will also hike to Syangboche Airport and the Everest View Hotel, one of the highest hotels globally, offering rewarding panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest.

The trek continues alongside the rushing glacial waters of the Dudh Koshi, with magnificent mountain vistas.
We reach Tengboche at an altitude of 3,860 meters.
The monastery features intricately decorated wall hangings, a 20-foot Buddha sculpture, and traditional musical instruments and robes of the Lamas. Depending on the day's schedule, the group may observe a prayer ceremony in the evening or morning.

From Tengboche, the trail descends to Debuche and crosses another suspension bridge over the Imja Khola before ascending to Pangboche, amidst thousands of mani stones.
Our uphill trek continues to the charming traditional Sherpa village of Dingboche, offering stunning views of Lhotse, Island Peak, and Ama Dablam.
We maintain a steady pace to help with acclimatization to the altitude.
Day 7: Acclimatization Hike to Nangkartshang Peak (5,083 m) - 4 to 5 hours

This day is dedicated to acclimatization, with no progress made towards Everest Base Camp.
We undertake a hike to Nangkartshang Peak, located just above Dingboche. The peak offers excellent viewpoints, particularly for the magnificent Ama Dablam.
On clear days, you can admire Ama Dablam from its summit to its base.
The afternoon is free for you to explore the village or rest.
Day 8: Trek to Lobuche (4,910 m) - 5 to 6 hours

Today's trail follows the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier, passing stone memorials dedicated to climbers who lost their lives on nearby peaks.
We continue our ascent towards the village of Lobuche, situated at the foot of the imposing Lobuche peak.
Some breathing difficulties may be experienced today due to the high altitude.
Day 9: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,365 m) and return to Gorak Shep (5,180 m) - 7 to 8 hours

This is a significant and challenging day, involving a walk along the Khumbu Glacier to Everest Base Camp at 5,365 meters, the closest point accessible without mountaineering gear.
During the spring season, expedition teams preparing for summit attempts are often present.
The view of the Khumbu Icefall from Base Camp is spectacular.
We return to Gorak Shep for our overnight stay.
Day 10: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,555 m) early morning and Trek down to Pheriche (4,200 m) - 7 to 8 hours

This day promises to be one of the most demanding yet rewarding of the trek.
We spend the early morning ascending Mt. Kala Patthar, a prominent viewpoint at 5,555 meters.
The climb is strenuous, but the reward is a breathtaking panoramic view of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest (8,848 m) directly ahead, and surrounding giants like Nuptse, Pumori, Chagatse, and Lhotse.
We then make a swift descent back to Gorak Shep for a hot breakfast before trekking down to Pheriche.
Day 11: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,441 m) - 7 to 8 hours

This marks our final day of trekking in the Everest region as we return to Lukla, where our journey began.

In the evening, we gather for celebratory drinks and share memories with fellow trekkers.
