Disappointed
Susan_B, October 2026
Disappointed. Was not about Harry Potter at all. Guide talked about JK Rowling some and about bars and shopping. Told us our tickets to the castle were AT the castle (they weren’t). They were hidden in an email which was poorly communicated. Huge waste of time and money
