My 2nd time going to Highlands and even better this time!
T5485VTjuliac, October 2026
I’ve had a fantastic time with Scot Beaver as our tour guide this time. He has a very good knowledge about Scottish history and all of the stories of Highlands, I’ve never felt bored at all during these 3 days. Everything is well planned and even when we bumped into rain, he brought us to alternative indoor activities. He’s the nicest guide ever✨

Good parts. Clean bus, saw exactly what was in brochure. Not good parts. Guide was not engaging or charming. No great stories of Scotland. Driver is tour guide. No knowledge of the areas visited above what a 2 sentence web search produces. Used terms such as by that pointy rock there. Dropped off at tour spots and meal points with little to no idea of what was there or where to eat. O meals together. Bus had no water, drinks or snacks available. No webbing by seats to hold drink, purse or cellphone. Spent 2 nights in Portree. When tour guide was asked for their number in case of problems, the answer was call 999. This isn’t a tour. It is a small bus with a driver. The guides concern was mostly about the music selection. Toured from Edinburgh on September 6-8, 2026. When answering their e-mail post tour for review, it automatically recorded a 5 star. Do not use Timberbush.

Excellent experience

Mark was an excellent guide; he made the trip very pleasant, recounting what had happened at the sites we visited, occasionally adding a touch of humor. I booked it with lodging; it was a wise decision because the room was spacious, very clean, with a very kind host and a beautiful view of Portree. Additionally, I was fortunate to have good weather, so all the places could be appreciated and enjoyed.

Excellent tour with Sam
mylindag2020, October 2026
Such an excellent tour! Our driver, Sam, gave us soooo much information. We felt safe as he navigated the narrow roads and he made plenty of stops for bathroom breaks and visiting sites.
