Activity Schedule 5 h Welcome to the ultimate adventure in Cancun and Playa del Carmen. The horseback riding excursion is a traveler favorite, providing a unique jungle experience. We'll begin with an exciting zipline journey through the lush jungle canopy. Next, embark on an intrepid ATV tour along a challenging path with climbs, descents, rocks, mud, and plenty of fun. You can choose a single ATV or share one with another person. Following the ATV adventure, enjoy the tranquil and unforgettable horseback ride. Finally, we'll visit a Mayan cenote, a truly essential experience where you can refresh yourself before enjoying a delicious lunch. Natural purified water is included throughout the tour. Please note the weight limits: 220 pounds for horseback riding, and 260 pounds for ATVs and ziplines.

Meeting point and return

If your hotel is not listed, you will be directed to a designated meeting point. Please inform us of your hotel so a representative can provide the specific meeting location and pickup time.

Morning Tour: Pickup for Cancun and Playa del Carmen zones is between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. Pickup for the Tulum zone is between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Arrival at the park is scheduled for 9:30 AM.

Afternoon Tour: Pickup for Cancun and Playa del Carmen zones is between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM. Pickup for the Tulum zone is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Arrival at the park is scheduled for 1:30 PM.

Pickup times are subject to change based on your hotel. Our representative will confirm your exact pickup time via email or text.

For hotels and Airbnbs in Tulum, the designated meeting point is Super Aki Tulum supermarket in the town center.

Please factor in transportation times for both pickup and drop-off.

Only individuals aged 18 and above may operate an ATV. If you are not traveling as a pair, please book two separate slots: one for a double ATV and one for a single ATV. Booking a double ATV for three people or an odd-numbered group will incur an additional charge for the third person upon boarding.

Strict weight limits apply: 300 pounds for ATVs, 270 pounds for ziplines, and 220 pounds for horseback riding. Exceeding these limits will prevent participation.

From start to finish this was a great day . Horse riding is great for beginners as it’s a steady ride round , if an experienced rider this is probably a bit tame . Cenote was great nice cool clean water ( a good idea to bring pool shoes or flip flops as there is a walk on stones to the entrance ). Quad bikes were brilliant , yes you have to follow the guide but it was great . Lots of mud to splash through . Zip lines were good , well staffed & felt safe . Tacos for lunch as in other reviews weren’t the best but not so bad . You can buy extra food or drink . All the staff from start to finish were amazing. Our guide told us his name several times but I have a bad memory. It was something like Comache - he was brilliant 🤩

The tour was good and exciting. Only comment will be, the tour said it included lunch. However, after all the 4 activities the lunch was not really a lunch. It was like a snack. They served two small tacos . It will be advisable to provide the reality. That way travellers can prepare with food

The transportation was nice and the activities were fun. But you’re not allowed to bring any cameras or phones with you. They have their own photographer who will take pictures but it’s around $90 US if I remember correctly.
