Your personal tour leader will pick you up at your hotel or port to begin your private journey through three Etna wineries. As you drive through charming mountain villages, you'll admire breathtaking views of the Sicilian countryside, dotted with orange and lemon groves, olive and almond trees, and traditional houses and churches built from lava stone.
Upon arrival at the first winery, a sommelier will guide you through the wine production process. You'll enjoy a tasting of 3 Etna DOC wines, paired with small bites of local bread rolls filled with sun-dried tomatoes and olives.
With panoramic views of Mount Etna, you'll proceed to the second winery. Here, a professional sommelier will lead a tasting of 4 regional wines, accompanied by a traditional platter of local products and pasta.
Your tour continues to a third winery, offering an authentic atmosphere. You'll taste 3 red and white wines, complemented by fresh appetizers featuring local cheeses, cured meats, olives, olive oil, and bread.
After the tasting, your guide will return you to your accommodation.

Beware of Neri Etna

This was a fabulous tour and well worth the money spent. We visited three very different wineries, all of them beautiful. Our driver Bruno was the best! We ordered wine from all three wineries to be shipped home. We received our wine from two of the wineries very promptly; however, we have still not received our wine from Neri Etna. We have contacted them several times and they have promised to send it, but it has been over two months. Unfortunately, we paid them in cash so we have no credit card company to fall back on. So, although we definitely recommend this tour, beware of ordering any wine from Neri Etna. Viator should think twice about including this place on their tours.
