The tour may be cancelled if there is only one participant. We legally require a minimum of two people to operate the tour. If so, we will contact the client and they will receive a full refund.

We kindly remind our visitors that it is strictly required to have a ticket in order to access our vans at the beginning of the tour, including children, infants, and pets. In the event of a child, infant or pet not being declared, we unfortunately won’t be able to accept any addition on the day of the tour.

Please note that for security and legal reasons, our tour is not accessible for children under 4 years old.

Was great experience but needs a few tweaks

We had this full day electric bike tour in the St Emilion Wine Region on what was beautiful day . There was confusion on the exact pick up point as the address number provided did not exist apart from the streets . Having been up the day before to try and find the meeting point as we were a party of four it was only after I Wattsapp the company that they sent a screen shot of the monument where the pick up was , that made it very easy . The other 4 people on the tour had the same problem Having done a similar tour a few years back we learnt so much more and had visits to 3 wineries this one was not as good . Only one visit to a winery on this one . Lunch was great but too long and we were only allowed two glasses of wine each and when asked for another glass was told no more Jade was a great tour guide and easy to communicate with , we enjoyed the tour of St Emilion township . If you sat in the back of the van the 6 people were comfortable but if you were the two in front the middle seat was cramped particularly on an hour drive back Overall we enjoyed it but didn't really think it was value for money

Perfect way to experience St Emilion

An absolute must do. Such a unique experience, cycling through the most beautiful scenic vineyards, surrounded by chateaus and vines as far as the eye can see. The lunch in the chateau grounds was delightful, some excellent wine tastings and interesting tours learning about the region. Just a really perfect day trip from Bordeaux and very well organised.
