Tour guide was insightful & friendly
erinandedfromCT, October 2026
It was a fun day and Chiro (sp?) was a very friendly, knowledgeable tour guide. She really put in the effort to bring a diverse group of people together, which I appreciated. With that said I took one star away for the van, it was not to th standards I have experienced on similar full-day tours. I expected something that would allow couples to sit together and this did not, and it was tight for the journey. But the stops were insightful and paced well-this would be a great trip if you can book it out for your whole group.
Response from the operator · RusticVinesTeam We’re glad Chihiro helped everyone feel welcome and that you enjoyed the thoughtful pace of the visits. Thank you for also sharing your feedback about the van—we’re sorry the seating felt tight and didn’t allow you to sit together comfortably. We understand how much that matters on a full-day tour and appreciate your honest comments.

Really enjoyed this day tour with our guide Yev from Rustic Vines! What a great learning experience and exposure to the various wineries and vineyards of the right and left banks of Bordeaux. Highly recommend and ask for Yev!

We’re glad you enjoyed discovering both banks of Bordeaux with him and learning about the wines along the way.
Each winery offers a different perspective, and it’s lovely to hear that variety made your day so rewarding.
