I went on the coloured canyon tour and I thought every second of it was incredible and well planned out! The transport was speedy and played music for us all to join in with. The friendliest bunch of people I’ve had the pleasure of spending the day with! The camel ride was really good with stunning views, snorkelling was out of this world and Mohammed was the best tour guide, being patient and sticking with me as water is not my strongest trait! Every step of the way he went above and beyond, was dead friendly and approachable and friendly! I really enjoyed the coloured canyon and loved watching the sun set. I would highly recommend it to anyone, a must have adventure!!

Very nice experience. To go snorkeling you need to rent the equipment or just take the life jacket which is mandatory. The lunch in the Bedouin tents was excellent!…It is worth it especially for the canyon!

Stressful excursion and false expectations

I am very disappointed with my experience with Egypttra. I booked a tour where I chose and paid a high price including admission to the Blue Hole. To my great surprise, when today's show was presented Blue Hole was not on the show !!! It then turned out that it was just me and my child who had chosen and paid but the guide had no idea about this. After I complained, they tried to solve the situation by driving only me and my child to Blue Hole for about 30 minutes (though it was the most expensive choice among it to make). The visit was very stressful and hasty, without the opportunity to experience the place in a calm way. It felt nothing like the experience I had paid for. I think this was misleading and very unprofessional. If an important part of the programme changes, customers shall be informed in advance and offered the opportunity to cancel or receive compensation. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst travel experiences I have experienced, and I cannot recommend the company.
