Eager to explore the most traditional Spanish and Valencian recipes? Come and enjoy this unique experience.
Your culinary journey begins not in the kitchen, but with a visit to the local Mercado Algirós. Here, we'll select the freshest Mediterranean ingredients that form the heart of our culinary heritage. (Market visits are exclusive to morning sessions.)
After immersing yourself in the essence of Valencian gastronomic culture, it's time to head to our Paella workshop.
You'll prepare a traditional menu featuring Valencian paella as the star, accompanied by potato omelette and 'coca en llanda' with merengada milk ice cream, a classic Valencian dessert. All this while savoring local wines from a renowned regional winery.
The most exciting part: it's time to eat! Enjoy your creations and share your experience with the chef, toasting with wine and sangria!
To conclude, our chefs will present you with a personalized diploma, freshly printed with your group's photo and the authentic Valencian paella recipe to recreate at home.
The workshop will be conducted in English.

Fantastic time with this activity. Chef William and Chef Marco were both so knowledgeable and also funny and personable. The interactive nature of the class made the time fly by and we loved getting the recipes to bring home with us.

A fun activity to learn about the traditional paella valenciana
134ningw, August 2026
A fun 2.5hr experience good for families. They provided drinks and snacks to nibble before food was done cooking. Roberto was passionate and gave detailed instructions. There was some hands-on cooking but we mostly watched the chefs.
