How does hotel pick-up work?

Not all activities include pick-up. If pick-up is included, it will be mentioned in “What’s Included”.

  1. 1Enter your hotel name when booking on Viator.
  2. 2No hotel yet? Write “to be confirmed” and provide it to the provider later.
  3. 3After booking, contact the provider using the details on your ticket to confirm the pick-up time and place.
