Amending a Booking

How do I change the date, time or number of travellers?

Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the activity. Your ticket will state the rule for yours.

  1. 1Open “My Bookings” on Viator.
  2. 2Select the booking, then the modification option.
  3. 3Confirm: Viator will send you an email and an updated ticket.

Important

A non-refundable activity cannot be changed. The price may change if the new date is more or less expensive.
