How do I cancel a booked activity?

You can cancel yourself, in just a few clicks, from your Viator account.

  1. 1Open “My Bookings” on Viator.
  2. 2Select the booking, then “Free cancellation before…”.
  3. 3Follow the steps. Viator will send you a confirmation email with refund details.

Important

The cancellation button does not appear for non-refundable activities.
